Shipping and Returns
We prefer to send our orders via Australia Post Express Bag. The costs are as follows (AUD), per order:
Over 3kg $12.50
Please note: If a larger order requires additional postage, we will confirm with you prior to processing your order and charging your card.
We are unable to give exact delivery times for overseas orders due to the differing postal services throughout the world and possible delays due to customs over which we have no control. Australia Post estimates that Priority Airmail takes between 4 and 5 working days for delivery.
Some countries have import duty on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs.
Oz Resort Swimwear Webshop offers quality products and takes pride in our customer service. We endeavour to ship on receipt of order however due to time delays with different countires this could result in next day delivery. Our warehouse can also sell out temporariarly and reply upon our suppliers delivering new stock within 3-4 days turn around. We will adivse if there is a delay, or if the tiem is no longer in stock

Oz Resort Swimwear is unable to accept responsibility for deliveries where the parcel has not been signed for. We would suggest using Registered Post for orders within Australia as delivery is guaranteed. We do however offer an Express Post service within Australia for those who live in remote areas or need guaranteed next day delivery. Please note, whilst this is a quick way of delivery, we do not accept responsibility for orders sent this way as no signature is provided.
We highly recommend using a Post Office Box or business address as your delivery normally takes place during working hours. Signature and security of delivery can therefore be made.

Returns & Cancelations
At Oz Resort we take pride in our customer's satisfaction with our products and service.
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with an item purchased from us, please return the items to the address provided below. The item/s must be in "as new" condition with swing tags attached and gusset sticker intact. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund on the returned item/s.
- Refunds can only be issued on the return of the garments within a reasonable time (1 month from purchase date for International orders; 7 days for Australian orders)
- The item/s must be in new condition with gusset protector & swing tags intact.
- Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser. We reserve the right to recover any costs charged to us on the return of the item/s.
- We reserve the right to charge the purchaser via their nominated credit card with delivery costs for variations on orders and exchanged swimsuits sent to the purchaser after the initial order.
- To return any item/s you have purchased, please ensure that you include your postal address, email address, phone number, order number and any exchange requirements / reasons for return.
Please allow upto 5 working days for cancellation of orders to take place. Whilst our website is open 24 seven our customer service may not receive your cancelation of your order and therefore maybe sent to you within this time frame. We will endeavour to cancel your order before processing. If an order is sent to you after you cancel the order via email we will certainly refund all postage.
